Casa Sea Esta is a 4-bedroom home that's been fully renovated to provide the most memorable experience for large groups, and multiple families.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 upstairs are both equipped with king-size beds and attached bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 downstairs is equipped with a queen bed sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 5 which is equipped with 2 sets of queens beds — making a total of 5 full-size beds.

And of course, every single room has its own smart tv for private viewing, dressers and closets (bedsides bedroom 4) so you can completely unpack and unwind.

As you enter the home, you'll notice sun streaking through a wall of windows, an open dining space that can be expanded to fit 10 people, full size kitchen and 2 lounge spaces for gatherings, relaxation and game nights. Not to mention the bedrooms and a full size laundry. Downstairs you can find can also send the kids downstairs to soak back into the oversized TV room for game or movies nights while the parents are upstairs doing their own thing.

Not only do we have the ultimate saltwater pool, our spa like garden features sun kissed chaise chairs with umbrellas incase you need a little shade, 7 seater lounge area, dining table for those meals under the stars and fire pit for roasting marshmallows and sharing story stories.

Guests will have access to all area excepted a locked supply closet and garage. There is a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway that is active at all times and one in the backyard. It is for our safety and your own :)

- Failure to respect the house rules will result in your account being reported to the platform and asked to leave.

Your starter kit includes:
A starter pack of essentials will be supplied to get you started (Paper towel, 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach chairs, cooler, towels and washcloths, linens for each bed, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, coffee filters etc.) *But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need or restocked*

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations.

This home has weekly landscaping maintenance on Monday's and pool cleaning on Fridays, so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.
