Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom house, the private backyard, pool, and hot tub. Your stay includes:
- Keyless self check-in for your convenience.
- Private access to the entire property.
- Parking is available for a maximum of two (2) vehicles in the driveway and on the street.
Please note: The garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use or parking.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
- **City of Palm Springs Requirements:** All guests must sign an additional written contract prior to arrival, as required by city regulations. We will also need a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers for all vehicles that will be parked at the property.
- **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service.
- **Noise Ordinance:** The City of Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance. Outdoor music of any kind is strictly prohibited at all times. All music played indoors must not be audible at the property line. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations.
- **Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are paramount. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay, with special attention paid to high-touch surfaces. All dinnerware is re-washed between guests for your peace of mind.
