About this property

Fully updated 3 Bedroom plus Den Villa in the centrally-located place in Hollywood. The House offers free parking on a driveway. Den has a billiard table which converts to ping pong table. Kitchen is fully equipped and washer/dryer is available. Cool off by the Pool or enjoy Sun Bath on our lounge chairs. Hot Tub is equipped for 7 people. Soap, clean linen, towels, WIFI, and Netflix movies are provided free of charge. Property features a living room as you walk in. Two bedrooms on the left with a bathroom and then a master on the right with a shower. As you walk towards the kitchen, you will see a game room with a ping pong / pool table. As you walk outside, you will enjoy a hot tub, and a pool. There is a chance of Iguanas stopping by, so please don’t feed them. They are totally harmless and like to welcome guests with their presence, but please don’t throw them food, because they will never leave you alone:) There are lots of restaurants on Hollywood boardwalk to enjoy. Synagogues and places of worship are within walking distance. Totally safe neighborhood so we kindly ask and incorporate policy of NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very charming. Very close to churches and synagogues. If you get lucky, you might see an iguana, a racoon or a duck crossing the road. They are harmless, so you could enjoy the view. Please don't feed them. Human food can upset their stomach. Lots of parks around the area. TY Park offers waterpark, Tennis, Basketball, Kids Playground, Concerts, and a beautiful lake full of swans and ducks. The best parts is that its only 4 minutes drive from the house. Hollywood Boardwalk is the place for fine dining and best beach. You will easily find parking and they do offer beach chairs and umbrellas for extra charge.

The care for the property that we surround it with, is what makes us the best at what we do and stand out. We live couple minutes away, and are there if anything goes wrong. The house had just been fully remodelled. Outside patios is lit at night and creates beautiful paradise that you and your family will enjoy.
