Self Check in. Centrally located licensed vacation rental, B9055897, just 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from downtown Hollywood. Enjoy several golf courses, tennis, nature preserve, Gulf Stream Race Track, Hard Rock Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Shopping and Restaurants and the famous Hollywood boardwalk and beach. The home offers 4 bedrooms each includes a television, ceiling fan. Three of the 4 bedrooms have doors to the pool and fenced in patio area and backyard. The pool is a 15x30 heated pool with an attached spa. Spa is the same temperature as the pool. Patio includes table, chairs and lounge chairs along with a gas grill and umbrella. Some pool floats. The fully appliance kitchen includes ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven and blender. Home includes dishes and cookware. Dining area includes seating for 6 with an additional seating for 2 at the granite island. 2 bathrooms each with a hair dryer, magnifying mirrors, shampoo and soap. Ample supply of towels and beach towels. Washer and dryer. Beach Chairs. Please follow my house rules carefully, there are no exceptions because of local regulations. Upon your booking request, a photo copy of your driver license is required to abide by these regulations. 1. King Bed in Master Bedroom w/on suite. 2. Queen Bed with sliding doors to pool area. 3. Queen Bed with sliding doors to pool area. 4. 2 twin beds sliding doors to pool area. Conversion kit to combine bed to queen if wanted. Full Kitchen stainless appliances with granite counter tops. There are outdoor security cameras which capture video. There are outside and inside noise monitors which do not record simply notify owner of unreasonable loud noise above the Hollywood Florida standards or which cross property lines.

Very nice home, great pool, in a nice neighborhood and close to beach.

We had a great time at Peggy's home! The home was very clean and comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The pool, patio and back yard were great! The house is close to the beach and nature parks. There are 4 bikes to use even though we did not use them since two of my kids are younger I did not trust them riding near traffic. We did use the beach chairs and a cooler and beach umbrella (that was very handy!) Peggy was quick to answer any questions that I had and very friendly. I appreciated the suggestions she gave us regarding places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this property!

Nice quiet stay

Perfect place

Our stay at Villa del Sol was absolutely perfect. Very clean house, comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed. Great location - quiet neighborhood near the beach, groceries & restaurants. Plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Peggy was great to work with. She was very prompt in her responses to any questions I had. She also called after we got to the house to touch base. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and great location. It was also nice that they had chairs and umbrella to use at the beach.

We have been traveling to Hollywood Florida for the past five years and loved it's location and leiserly lifestyle. We decided to buy a home that we could share with others to enjoy the beutiful Hollywood beach and all of the amenities that Hollywood offers.

Why they chose this property

The City of Hollywood enacted a vacation rental ordinance in which all weekly vacation rentals in zones RS and RM in Hollywood need to hold a vacation rental license. We have obtained the required license which ensures that we have passed the requirements and inspections. These inspections verify that our home has safety features including a fire extinguisher, working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Make sure that when booking a vacation rental in Hollywood that you inquire if they hold a valid vacation rental license. What makes this property unique

The unique benefits to guests are that three of the four bedrooms have doors with direct access to the pool and spa. The doors leading to the pool do have an alarm system to alert if a child has opened the door. There is a separate dining room off the kitchen for family dinners and a play area for the kids in the fenced in backyard. In a quite safe neighborhood.
