House with 2 floors, 4 bedrooms (2 suites) all with air conditioning; Living room with 42 "LED TV, SKY HDTV and sofa bed; Dining room; Full Kitchen (with Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Stove, Water Purifier, etc. and all kitchen and kitchen utensils); service with washing machine, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, large and ventilated balconies with hammocks, tables, chairs and sofas, swimming pool with whirlpool and waterfall, outdoor shower, barbecue area, large green area. Only 200 meters from the beach.
Wi-Fi Internet.
Swimming pool / Gardener included, which takes care of cleaning the pool and maintenance of the garden. Bed linen / bath is not included. If there is interest we indicate cleaning lady / cook.
In a gated community with 24 hour security and complete structure (2 Tennis Courts, Lawn Soccer Fields, Poliesportive Courts, Beach Volleyball / Beach Volleyball, Squares, Children's Parks, Senior Academy, Chapel, Illuminated Waterfront and Clue of Cooper).
Located on Guarajuba Beach, one of the most beautiful and privileged beaches of the North Coast of Bahia, 41 km from Salvador International Airport and 14 km from Praia do Forte. Guarajuba Dream home

Excellent location just a short 3 minute walk to Guarajuba beach, one of the best beaches on the North Coast on Estrada do Coco, Bahia, Brazil. The house is well built, well planned with plenty of space for large families, but also cozy enough for a small groups. The garden and pool area are well kept, and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Nice furnishings, reliable internet. I would stay that again. It was very comfortable. The landlord was easy to get a hold of and to work with.
