Great location and mostly quiet

Location was great (short walk to the beach). Pools were not crowded and the Complex was quiet (considering it was spring break).

Family vacation

My husband, son and I were supposed to go to Disney for his spring break this year, due to Coronavirus, we had to change our plans. We booked this last minute and were very pleased with our stay. Sitting on the porch listening to the waves was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area as well.

Great service and location

We enjoyed our stay at Hibiscus! The location is great and there is great beach access and the pools were wonderful. We had one problem with the door lock mechanism and condorental.com sent someone over to fix it in a hour. The place itself is not fancy but it was clean and we loved the pools which were well maintained! I saw a pool caretaker every single day.

Very well maintained condo, especially for its age. Kind of vintage but in very nice shape. Comfortable bed and other furniture.we certainly got our money's worth and would be happy to stay there again.

Enjoy the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony

The best part of this property is the balcony for sure! The place is spacious and clean ans convenient but it’s super dated. It’s like entering into the Golden Girls apt. Otherwise I love the complex.

Great Beachy Oceanfront Condo

Wonderful first floor ocean front condo on a secluded part of the beach. Great beachy decor .Very comfortable . Beautiful views from the deck.Close to restaurants,shopping,attractions. Offered good coupons through Explorie. Only cons were a few insects inside - a roach and some spiders, the gym was not available , and the kitchen utensils and pans were pretty greasy and dirty.Everything else was good.

Our stay was pleasant. I wish I knew that "ocean front" was not a view of the ocean. The view was sand dunes, you could not even see the ocean. Y'all really need to spray for roaches, I had to kill several during my short stay. Need to put a bigger television in the living room. The blinds need fixing in the living room. We did enjoy the area. We enjoy eating at the Redfrog & McToad's Pub.

Ocean Hibiscus

The condo development was fantastic and there are lots of amenities for families to enjoy (3 pools, hot tubs, tennis courts). There is a private boardwalk to an amazing beach that was clean and wasn't overcrowded like some of the Florida beaches. Our entire family was able spend lots of time on the sand and in the water over a holiday weekend and we were never right on top of other families who were also enjoying the beach. The condo itself was outdated and dirty. There were old french fries on the rug in the living room that had not been cleaned up after a previous guest. There was a heavy layer of dust under the recliners in the living room. The bathtubs and shower curtains were moldy and the tub itself felt slimy and unclean. There was a cobweb and spider between the desk and nightstand in the main bedroom and swveral other little things, such as there not being a lot of cutlery and no cutting board or knife to cut food items. Fortunately, we were able to spend most of our time outside of the condo and had a great vacation despite the many issues we encountered at the condo. We will definitely be returning to this resort but not to this condo unit.

This condo was very out dated. The lighting was very dark. The room was very dirty. Examples include dust and dirt on walls, fans, feet immediately dirty upon walking on the floors. Couches were full of crumbs, debris, trash. Not enough supplies left including toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is our third reservation with condo rental and we were disappointed with the overall look and cleanliness of this condo.

Location was perfect....

We attended a concert at the amphitheater and made a weekend of it. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed however it was very dated and just worn out. Glassware still had lip prints on the rim but the grounds and the pools were extremely well maintained. Easy walk to the beach. I would stay again but not in this particular unit

This unit could be very nice if a few updates were made. Also several repairs are needed; Ice maker doesn't work, closet doors are falling off to name a couple. It also needs a good cleaning. Baseboards and carpet under furniture was filthy. Cigarette butts covered the back porch. The unit was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The grounds were adequate but the property is in need of some TLC. Despite these issues, we had a great week here. Location is great.

Really enjoyed our stay

My husband and I had a great week at this condo. It was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the Ocean view from the porch. I love how easy it was to get to the swimming pools and beach. We enjoyed having a relaxing vacation by the beach as well as being a short drive to the Old Town and restaurants. We definitely plan on visiting again!

Great Resort - Condo needs work

Of course we LOVE the resort, but this time the condo we rented had a pretty bad odor and the refrigerator was filthy. Clearly some of the smell was coming from it, and the ice maker was dismantled and sitting on top. A little updating and a good cleaning would help this unit.

Sheets had blood stains,

Sheets had blood stains, though the office did give us new sheets. Paint on wall was unfinished. Toilet seat discolored. Last guest razor in shower. Last guest sponge in other shower. Sliding doors had grimy hand prints and smears. All around pretty dirty. We knew the furniture was going to be pretty worn and dated. But so mismatched. The condo had a feel of no care for the unit at all.
