Beautiful, centrally located home with great access to everything Wilmington has to offer. 10 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house also features a large, fenced backyard with fire pit and yard games to enjoy.

- 10-15 min to Wrightsville Beach
- 15-20 min to UNCW and Downtown Wilmington


This home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood ready to welcome you and your family.

This single family home is yours to enjoy. There is a detached apartment in the back of the property that may be occupied during your stay. This apartment has a separate entrance and no access to any of this home's amenities.


- No parties
- Please do not move furniture
- Please only park in the driveway
- No smoking or vaping. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoking occurs.
- All guests must be 21+ (excluding children)
- No unregistered or unapproved animals or pets. We love pets so please ask us so we can approve the size and breed per our insurance. A pet fee of $75 will be charged per stay.
- Please be respectful of others living in the area by keeping your noise to a minimum.
- Only registered guests to spend the night
- No open flames/candles please
- We have monthly pest treatment but can't guarantee you won't see critters that are common to SE NC.
- Please turn AC off if windows/doors are open
- If you are bringing dog (with preapproval) please do not let them onto any of the furniture.

- Number of guests must match what is approved in the reservation. Additional, unregistered guests will results in a $250/night fee per guest.

We do not offer refunds due to adverse weather/natural disasters unless required by VRBO’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

If there is excessive damage or uncleanliness of the home upon check out we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

Wish I could give more than five stars! Thank you for an excellent stay. Your home was so comfortable and had everything generously provided including dish soap and laundry detergent. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. Sound machines in each bedroom were a nice touch. Communication was excellent. Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend this home. Very well maintained and very spacious rooms. Even the smaller bedrooms were large. I've done many vacation rentals previously. I'd have to say this was the best experience so far.

Spacious clean house

Everything was great.. Beds very comfy, large couch in living room perfect for movie nights, convenient location to town/ restaurants. And we played cornhole in the backyard and board games in the dining room.

Great location & amenities, WARM master bedroom

This is a great location to be able to experience all that Wilmington has to offer! Close to the beach, great restaurants, downtown, and attractions. The house has a great layout, and is comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable too. Major bummer that the master bedroom does not have AC. Zero cold air coming out of the vents. I did mention to the host that this bedroom was much hotter than the rest of the house, but I didn’t not get a response to that. Sleeping and getting ready was uncomfortable. We tried to stay out of there the rest of the time because it was so hot (July). The towels smelled like mildew so we had to wash them all before we used them.
