Star's Place near 3 Nat'l Parks - Family and Pet friendly
This comfortable home is centrally located near Zions, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Staircase-Escalante Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, and Brian Head. Fully furnished in a quiet neighborhood. Three minutes to downtown.
Nice home, built in 2009, with fully fenced yard, ideal for those traveling with pets or small children. There are three bedrooms. All three rooms have queen bed, a dresser, nightstand, lamp, and closet. The master bedroom also has a small walk-in closet and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom in the hall.
The living room is smaller-sized. It has a cozy loveseat, recliner, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player. There is a business center nook tucked under the staircase with desk and chair.
In the kitchen, there is no actual dining table, but we have just typically used the counter for eating. There are 4 bar stools at the counter. The cupboards are stocked with standard dishes and seasonings. We would love to make your stay more enjoyable. Please let me know if there is something specific you would like to have on hand, and I'll do my best to deliver. Kitchen has standard appliances.
Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a pantry room. There is also a small broom closet by the doorway to the garage that houses broom, mop, and vacuum for your convenience.
2-car garage, street parking, and graveled parking--ideal for parking a boat, toy hauler, trailers, etc. I do have some things stored temporarily in the garage so right now only one car will fit.
Interaction with Guests: I will be available for check-in and check-out and on call for additional help, but other interactions will be minimal as I have several small children, and other obligations that make it challenging to spend lots of one-on-one time with guests. But I will strive to be as accommodating as possible to make your stay enjoyable.
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. You'll see folks stroll by in the cool summer evenings. Some of the neighbor kids will ride bikes by or take their dog for a walk. The beautiful red mountains are there to enjoy outside the front door. You are a quick drive to the gas stations, grocery stores, movie theater, and down-home shopping.
Getting around: There is no public transportation available, but there is good parking available on the property.

My husband and I built this house as a young family starting out. This was our first home before we took a job overseas. We would have returned to this home, but because we are ranchers, we just needed more elbow room. We decided to keep this home and use it to share our wonderful area with other travelers like you! This home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. I try to provide all the little things that will make your stay smoother. Cooking appliances, bathroom toiletries, and a rotating pantry.
