We’re putting it up for rent during the off season for anyone who might need an apartment for 90 days or longer. Six month receives discount on rentals and can save 11.5 percent in Florida Tax. Being new owners we can provided documented references if needed.

This is a Gated Community very Safe with friendly residents and neighbors.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is on the 2nd floor overlooking beautiful pond. The property has a Great Clubhouse with small workout room a Pool and Spa. Just off old 41, so it’s out of a-lot of the congestion, but close to almost anything you’ll need.
