Red Cliff Condos #3E | 3 Bed, 2 Bath
This condo on the west side of Moab Valley offers all the comforts of home with Southwestern flair. Located on the second floor where you can relish the up-close views of the West Rim from the outdoor patio. All furniture and furnishings are brand new. After a full day of Moab fun, relax on the sumptuous leather furniture as you watch the 60” HDTV with Blu-ray DVD and enjoy the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace.
The Master bedroom features a massive King bedstead and matching dresser, plus a 60-inch HDTV w/ Blu-ray DVD. The huge walk-in closet can function as a “bedroom” for the extra twin size rollaway bed stored there. The Master bathroom has a full tub/shower and a beautiful pine vanity with a solid-surface countertop.
The second bedroom features a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request. Both bedrooms also have HDTVs w/DVD players. The two bedrooms share the hall bathroom, which has a full tub/shower and an oversize vanity/sink with solid-surface countertop.
Cooks will love the fully-equipped, U-shape kitchen with its granite countertops, plenty of pine cabinets, and deluxe, side-by-side refrigerator-freezer. A glass surface, 4-element electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher complete the appliance package. Dine in style at the 60” round dining table with 4 matching chairs. Four additional chairs are available, so your whole group can be easily seated.
Adirondack style chairs on the patio provide comfy seating as you enjoy your morning coffee. The large propane BBQ grill invites you to have a cook-out as the sun lowers in the west. Completing this luxury condo is the laundry room with brand new, front-loading washer and dryer. Parking spaces for 3 vehicles are provided in the parking lot. “Big Rig” parking is available along the access road (Red Cliff Road). Bicyclists will like the fact that the Pipe Dream and Pipe Line trails are within 1 mile of this condo. Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.
There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged.
