Loved this property! The unit is very cute and quaint in a good way. The host is very good with communication and checked on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we need
We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. Everything was very well put together in the stay, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I’d highly recommend this stay and will definitely rebook with the host in the future!
We came to DC to enjoy the Cherry Blossom trees in bloom & see the history of our nation. We took Ubers to the National Mall & the Zoo which only took minutes to get to & from. The property was delightful, bright, comfortable. We stayed a week & never had problems. Since we flew there from NM, we didn’t have a cutting knife to use for the kitchen so that would be my only suggestion to supply one. Thank you for a great experience!

So-so
Place definitely could have been cleaner. I wonder if sheets were changed, found 2 long hairs. It says 95.00 for cleaning, they need someone better to clean. I little run down, parking was good
Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Poor Communication
I booked this stay for one of my employees. The employee had multiple concerns about the property, including a persistent leak in the bathroom. When reaching out to the property manager her was rude and dismissive and took a very long time to respond let alone address the concerns.

Couldn’t Access the Property – Had to Find Other Lodging
We only needed the property for a few hours on Friday night, but unfortunately, we were never able to get inside. Upon arrival, we discovered that the lock was not working, and despite reaching out to the point of contact—who was responsive—the directions provided were confusing and ultimately unhelpful. The tone of communication also came across as a bit rude, which added to an already frustrating situation. In the end, we had to scramble to find alternate accommodations for the night. Very disappointing experience.
