Centrally located to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer, we are an easy drive to some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

This condo is in a great location so that it is less than a 5-mile drive to the airport, the Convention Center, the ocean, the boardwalk, and lots of entertainment venues (Broadway Grand Prix, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, and so much more). Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grande Mall, and many shopping stores are within a few miles of the condo.

This spacious residence was recently renovated with many pieces of furniture and furnishings, along with new flooring throughout the condo. The unit includes 2 large bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, a large stocked full kitchen, a living area with a dining table and TV, a screened-in back porch overlooking the River Oaks Golf Course, and a full-size washer & dryer. There are pools, hot tubs, a putting green, and tennis/pickleball courts within the complex. With a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a twin bed, this condo sleeps 5 people. Upon request, we also have a 4” memory foam cot, pack 'n play, or queen air mattress available for use as well. Being an end unit allows the sun to come shining in, resulting in a bright and cozy condo.
