Lazy Lani: Bike To The Beach

Escape to your own slice of paradise at our serene vacation home, just a stroll or a quick bike ride from the sun-kissed shores! The townhome is spacious, newly furnished, and allows plenty of privacy. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a nightcap outside in your private “lazy lanai”, play a game of cornhole, swim in the community pool, watch your favorite movie on the outdoor tv. Cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ! We are a quick drive to all historic St Augustine attractions.

The space
Distance from the property to the beach: 0.5 miles -- (.8 km) -- (10 minute walk).

Most people love the walk and stop off at the local convenience store to pick up drinks, snacks and ice for their cooler. The house includes all the beach gear and beach towels you need for a great time. Or you can drive and "park your car on the beach" for a small fee.

Babies: The home has a pack and play, and a highchair is available on request.

Living space -
Enter into the living room, dining room and kitchen with a very open and spacious space for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy! The living room features a large TV, games and a very comfortable couch and opens up to sliding glass doors to the lazy lani. Here you will find a cozy place to read, eat, watch a movie on our outdoor TV, listen to music, BBQ, or have drinks by the gas fire-pit.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms -
The master bedroom comes with sliding glass doors to the outside lanai. It has a queen bedroom and it's own private ensuite full bathroom all with the bojo vibe.

On the other side of the home is the guest room, with 2 twin beds and a very large closet with it's own tv in case kids want to play video games.

Outside -
The private outdoor lanai provides a tranquil oasis where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The trees make a lovely shaded canopy. You can watch your favorite movie on the outdoor TV. Cook your favorite meal in the BBQ!

Out front you will find a residential street that leads you to a1a and right onto the beach. Quick 10 minute walk to get your toes in the sand!

In the Community -
The neighborhood is very small and private and the community pool is just steps away and also a boardwalk that leads to the intracoastal. Here you can experience some of the most amazing pink sunsets!

Guest access
The house is fully available to guests other than the locked owners closet in the master bedroom.
There is a key fob for pool entry on the counter please be sure to leave it for the next guest! There is a $25 fee if the key is lost and needs to be replaced.
Other things to note
-We have a no smoking policy

-Asthma, allergies, respiratory problems or hyper-sensitive to smells? This is not a new constructed townhome. It was built in the late 80'swith lots of wood, it is surrounded by flowers and lush plants. If you have these conditions, it probably won’t be the right choice for you.

KITCHEN & SUPPLIES
-We don’t skimp on amenities, plenty of TP, paper towels, shampoo, and body wash. Kitchen will always have utensils, oil, salt, pepper, vinegars, coffee, tea and spices!

OUTDOOR BBQ
-We only clean the grill every 90 days. For most guests it is enough to heat the grill up to sanitize. But if you want a freshly cleaned grill, this is not the right choice for you. Generally speaking, if you heat it up to 400-500 degrees, it is completely sanitized. Then you brush it to get any remnants off of it. But it's really not possible to do more than that unless you just throw away the grill after every use and get a new one.

-This home is on the ground floor. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen laundry closet. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).

-We clean ovens about every 90 days. For most guests heating the oven to 325F (160C) is enough to sterilize it after the previous guest.

-All of our TVs (in all units) are 4K Smart TVs (mostly Samsung). They have apps preinstalled for Netflix, HBO, etc, and you can sign on to your own streaming accounts. We do not, however, have cable. Local channels are very limited.

-Two assigned parking spaces are in our parking lot next to the home
