Beautiful home in the quiet Brigg’s Farm neighborhood. New flooring, paint and updated furniture in June 2022. 4 bedroom, 4 Bathroom home in Narragansett. Sleeps 8-10. Located just a short drive from Scarborough beach and many exciting activities located in the Narragansett area.
Very spacious throughout! Full bathrooms on every floor, large kitchen, granite countertops, air conditioning, wifi, cable and much more. Large master bedroom has a day bed with roll-out trundle perfect for kids. TV's in every bedroom
Summer rentals only available for a full week, Saturday-Saturday
Early and late summer dates may be rented with a three night minimum based on availability.
Weekly and nightly Rentals will be charged 8% tax and a $275 cleaning fee.
