We are very surprised by this review. This reservation was booked for Lowell, MA, and the address is clearly displayed before confirming payment. Our listing is transparent about both the location and the house rules, including our strict no-party policy. Unfortunately, during this stay, there was a large unauthorized gathering that violated the booking agreement. This resulted in multiple complaints, damages, and the need for intervention. While we do not share all details publicly, we want to reassure future guests that our priority is maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment for everyone who stays with us. We take communication and cleanliness very seriously—our property is thoroughly prepared before every check-in, and our team is always available for questions. We regret that this guest chose not to follow the rules they agreed to, as this is not representative of the experience we provide to the many respectful guests who stay with us.
