About this property

Big house in pampulha

Very spacious and comfortable house. It has 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room, TV room, toilet, swimming pool, soccer field, goumert area complete with barbecue and 2 baths. In total there are 5 bathrooms to suit you. It has covered garage for up to 3 cars, gardens with children's toys, mezzanine inside the dining room. The whole house furnished which provides enough comfort. It has wifi with 10 M, cable TV with all inclusisive football channels. I live in this house and as I travel a lot I decided to make an attachment for myself and my family, so that even if we are in the house, the whole house will be available to you and we will be in the annex with independent entrance and no contact with the guests. The area is residential and there can be no noise after 22h. If you are in family, worth checking out !!!

Casa e atendimento espetacular!!
Locamos a casa para participar da corrida da pampulha devido a localização ser próxima a largada e por ter uma estrutura para comportar a equipe de atletas. Fomos em 8 pessoas e tivemos uma estadia espetacular, a casa estava impecável. Nossa equipe curtiu demais e com certeza voltaremos novamente. O proprietário Ney, foi muito prestativo quando solicitado e nos deu toda atenção e conforto. Recomendamos o imóvel a outras pessoas. Próximo de ponto de taxi e mercado, além claro da lagoa que é uma lugar espetacular. Obrigado!!

Maravilhoso Encontro de Familia!!!
Alugamos essa casa para um encontro de familia no Natal. A casa alem de linda e muito espacosa e aconhegante. O campinho de futebol e a piscina foram os favoritos das criancas! Alem de que a casa possui um anexo com dois quartos e suite, muito conveniente! A casa e muito segura e bem situada, perto de um ponto de taxi e tambem do supermercado Carrefour. Excelente localizacao! Recomendo este imovel :) Fomos muito bem tratados pelo proprietario e seu socio que fizeram de tudo para que nossa estadia fosse a melhor. Obrigada Ney and Cassio, por terem se dedicado a nos no periodo em que alugamos essa casa. Passamos momentos maravilhosos e temos planos de voltar! Recomendo este imovel!!! Michelle D.
