Hello! We are new to VRBO this season, but we are not new to renting our relaxing beach condo at South Myrtle Beach. Casita del Mar is a 9th floor renovated true 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 756 sf condo located right on the ocean in South Myrtle Beach. The large private bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The living area has a full-size sofa bed and a full-size Murphy bed. There is sleeping room for 8 people. We are minutes from most every attraction in Myrtle Beach, in a family friendly part of the beach.

There are both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, along with an indoor lazy river and kid's splash pool. We have a private parking deck, full-size kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and a beautiful view of the sea. Just an elevator ride down the sand. You are able to use the amenities/pools in our building, and in our sister building right next door where you check in.

Private parking deck for your vehicle is on-premises beneath our building. We also have a small food mart right across the street, A Wal-mart grocery store 1 block away, and a number of dining options within walking distance. Also, walk to the pier right outside our building.
