Our gorgeous, ocean view penthouse is nestled high on top of the 23rd floor. You can step out onto a private balcony with spectacular sunrises and gentle ocean breezes that will wash over you for a relaxing vacation that soothes your soul.
This penthouse has two floors with stairs. The living room boasts 12 foot ceilings with a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic.
Located on the Golden Mile, we are a quick 5-15 drive to most attractions. We hope you come and enjoy our condo!
*Condo is two floors so must be able to climb stairs.

Really like this place!

Great location, the nighttime view is amazing when there’s a full moon. Garage is a little tight, but at least there’s parking. We had a great time and will consider this location for future get aways. Property manager responded to us within minutes on a Friday night after hours about something that really could have waited until Monday!

Condo Review

The condo was not what I expected with an upstairs and downstairs. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The condo cannot sleep more than 5 people comfortably. Not enough dish tablets, toilet paper, and trash bags left for 7 people for the week. The air conditioner did not keep the upstairs cool enough. Garbage disposal does not work, stove light burned out, closet doors broken.

Annual each trip

We stayed here last year around the same time. The location and set up are perfect for our 15 year old son and his friends! They can freely go to the beach by themselves and I can watch/see them from the very large window!
