About this property

5bds/4.5baths & Incredible view

Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 offer stunning mountain views, and there are two decks for outdoor enjoyment.

The maximum occupancy is 10 guests and BBQ grill is NOT available during fall and winter.

Please note that the jet steam of the bathtub inside the master bedroom doesn't work and you can use the hot tub located at the lower deck instead.

Please make sure to follow the rule of HOA that enforce the quiet hour between 10:00pm and 800am. The property has sound decibel monitoring devices. Our neighbors are sensitive to that and you will get a citation for a fine up to $1500. Street parking is NOT allowed anywhere inside HOA.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No parties, events, or pets are allowed on the property. Our neighbors are very sensitive
