Taste Of Paradise

Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 204. Beautifully appointed condo with a beachy theme. This newly updated second floor unit is just steps from the elevator and nearby parking. You will love the accessibility to the large heated swimming pool and beautiful Gulf of Mexico! This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (ice-maker in freezer). The master suite has a private screened lanai and a king-size bed. There are twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking the lush tropical grounds. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, and WiFi. On arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are furnished for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills and laundry facilities all in a tropical setting with amazing sunsets and directly on the bike path. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants.

Better Than Expected

This property was amazing to stay at! It was very clean, in a great location to food and the beach, and was spacious. I liked how we were assigned a parking spot and were thoroughly notified about how to check in and out. We can't wait to return again next year!

Wonderful location, well-equipped, perfect Sanibel getaway

We stayed here for five nights in the run up to our elopement from the UK to Sanibel. The apartment was beautiful - very clean, comfortable, stylish, very well-equipped and had two balconies, one of which overlooked the ocean. The bedrooms were spacious and our bed really comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a real home-from-home, and the on-site pool was great. The location, literally right on the beach, was the icing in the cake. Highly recommended.

Covid 19 Cleaning efforts

I stayed here because of the extra disinfection efforts done by the staff. Everything had been wiped down and sanitized. They even left a new package of sanitizing wipes in the kitchen for our use, which I really appreciated. Everything was great and the bbq areas were very well maintained, also.

Great place to vacation!

Overall this property is a great place to stay. While it isn’t right “on the beach”, it is a short walk, 5 minutes tops. You cannot see or hear the ocean but for the price is worth it. The condo is roomy & very clean. Beds are comfy & extra pillows are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked & the front office is very accommodating if you need something that isn’t provided. Beach chairs & umbrellas are provided but you are responsible for taking to the beach & bringing back. Only complaints our party had is no fan on screened in porch made it too hot to really use it & no smoking allowed on it. Also, there is a note on the thermostat to keep it set at 74 degrees. This setting is too high, condo not comfortable at this setting. Don’t feel this is an appropriate thing to do to guest considering preference of what many individuals consider a “comfortable temperature,” especially for sleeping. The grounds of Sanibel Siesta are beautiful & the beach is wonderful & uncrowded. The pool is nice but no smoking rule is inconvenient & unnecessary. It’s big enough to not sit near a smoker if it’s something one can’t handle even when outdoors.
