About the Area:
Located in the heart of the Poconos in Emerald Lakes. The home sits on a secluded lot on the west side of Emerald Lake within a private community that shares an indoor and outdoor pool, plus offers 5 lakes and 2 beaches with bathhouses, playgrounds, and tennis and basketball courts. *Guest must purchase amenity passes.

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per pet and a deposit. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Passes must be purchased to use the community amenities.
- A late fee of $100 will apply for community registrations made less than 24 hours after booking.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster.
- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. However, smoking is allowed outside the home. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
