Clean, comfortable and quiet location. For exploring Vancouver this is location is excellent. Plus food and shopping are near by. Highly recommend this property.
Fabulous stay! Had everything we needed, great location for 2 families. Easy check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and new. Would definitely stay again!
We had a great stay. Great value, spacious basement suite, comfortable for our family of 7 and convenient location quick and accessible to all our destinations in including the airport.
The property is well maintained and comfortable. We arrived late and the pull out sofa was not made up as requested but the host was quick to respond to location of linens. There was coffee but breakfast foods were not locally available. Low quality gas station food was the only option.
PROS…Responses from host were timelyGood upscale neighborhood, walking in neighborhood is niceBoth bathrooms nice, beds received mixed reviews from our familyOther reviews list exceptionally clean, I did not find that to be true, previous tenant stuff in refrigerator and on table when we arrived. Walls were not clean. Not dirty, but not exceptionally clean. We did not spend much time there so acceptable. In shape visitors could walk to nearby attractions but would be on very busy traffic road within 2 blocks of home, but close to tourist attractions by vehicle. CONS…major construction right next door and not mentioned in description, would NOT HAVE booked this unit if I had known that. Screen door off tracks and had to continually fix. Contacted host and they stated will be installing new doors later this year. I would not recommend for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Steps into this unit very steep, this was mentioned in another review). Heavy throw rugs thrown on top of carpet are trip hazards. They did not lay flat and heavy furniture would need to be moved in order to correct the problem.Unfortunately would not recommend and feel there was a complete lack of transparency with description of unit especially concerning construction issue.
Clean and well appointed suite in an easily walkable neighborhood and easily available street parking. This is a lovely place to explore Vancouver from and retreat to at the end of the day.
Clean and roomyThere are stairs as it is a basement suite and that was a bit of a challenge for some of the travellers. Owner is very responsive and we appreciated that.
Thank you for your hospitality! This was a great choice for us as it was close to the cruise port and the airport. Short walking distance to convenience stores and some smaller shops. Door Access is downstairs so just be weary if you have disabilities. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very welcoming!
Short trip before cruise. Was easy to get in and out of. We were able to walk to Queen Elizabeth Park. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were also so thoughtful that they found my husband's hat he left and mailed it to us.
