Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 401. Pretty Florida decor and bright colors make this the perfect vacation getaway! Recently updated, this unit boasts a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new tile floor and new furniture. The spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and access to the private screened lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and a side view of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen has had a makeover featuring granite counters. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat screen TVs with DVD/VCR players, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from the on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Just steps to the beach and pool. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Another great visit

Sanibel Island holds precious memories for me and my family. Our unit at Sanibel Siesta was everything we needed. We especially enjoyed ice cream at The Shack!

Hiccup, but we are Definitely coming back

We got here 5 after 5 so we had to check in at the after hours location. All ran smoothly. When we got to property we realized that it has uncomfortably warm. We thought that they had AC off to conserve energy. By the time we had everything upstairs, we realized that that was not the case. We called the after hours number. Spoke to a lady who has very polite. We never got a call, but a nice gentleman showed up at our door about 45 after our initial call. It took him 5 minutes to realize that he needed to call a technician. He took my number and said that he would call no matter what,within an hour with an update. We decided to take a walk in the beach. Exactly 1hour later he called me to tell me tech was on his way. When we went back upstairs the tech was pulling up and had AC running back again in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say that our first 3 hours were unpleasant, but we loved the property and how close we were to all l other family members. Front office staff were all nice and gave us helpful tips to enjoy our stay. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because to floors felt sandy as soon as I walked in. (We leave our shoes at the doors)

A little run-down

Parking was interesting and kind of hard to get in and out of the property. We got there at 5:30 and it said the office hours were 10-noon which was confusing since check in was 3. Over all it was a decent accommodation but probably won’t be back. Love the area and have been many times and the price was better than many other rentals is why we chose this unit.

Great experience right on the beach

Very spacious. Clean and right on the beach. Staff was all very kind. We had a great time. Chairs and umbrellas, toys etc all provided for the beach if you need them. Would definitely visit again.

This was the perfect location for our family. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach along with the on-site pool. There was plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for us to use. The condo kitchen was well stocked and it had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

Sanibel Island is our favorite place!

We first visited Sanibel Island 30 years ago and fell in love! This was our third time to enjoy Sanibel Siesta and were delighted again. Our condo was very cozy, clean and felt like home. We had no problems from the time we made initial contact for rental, the staff at Sanibel Siesta was great, the seashells were awesome and our vacation was the best!

Wonderful Place to Vacation

The condo was very clean and everything was perfect. You can throw a frisbee and hit the beach, from the garage door :-). The garage is also very nice, as it keeps your vehicle out of the heat. The staff on site were also extremely helpful. As stated in the title, it is a wonderful place to vacation. You will enjoy it for sure.

Great Place!

Nice clean, quiet place with a decent pool and close proximity to the beach! We found everything very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
