Explore wild NYC but wind down in this beautifully serene two bedroom apartment in Wallington - just a short 30 minutes drive from Port Authority NYC. Gorgeous hilltop views allow this apartment to stand out from the competition. Freshly renovated two bedrooms, luxury bathroom, large fireplace and access to the front patio. Apartment is located near a dead end street with plenty of street parking. Bonus, there is a small park/hiking trail adjacent to the property!
NOTE: This is a multi family house. I live in the other half of the house so I can be on site to assist with anything you need. The home is in between a park and another home, divided by the side yard. Pretty private location!
NOTE: You have your own private entrance. One from the back of the house, which is the main way to get in, and a private entrance to your patio space. The patio space is divided in half by a planter wall for both units - but I don’t use or enter the patio space when guests are renting so they have privacy.
