Popular Elmwood Village is minutes away by car and Allentown is within walking distance. The original Anchor Bar, birthplace of chicken wings, is only two blocks away.

Nice little apartment, but dated

Overall this property is pretty good but dated. I stayed here for the summer and while it is small it has all the basics that I needed. The location is ok- house is right next to a traffic light and lots of vehicle noise leaks in through the window unit ac. Neighborhood isnt great, but its a good location in terms of the house is close to a lot of things. The apartment has 2 window unit AC's which keep the house at a comfortable temperature, but they let in a lot of noise from outside like loud engines and loud car stereos (which there are a lot of). The host was very responsive anytime I messaged them.

This neighborhood is 2 miles or 10 minutes from downtown and from the 190 Thruway to Niagara Falls. 5 minutes from the 33 expressway, walking distance to Allentown and restaurants and minutes from Elmwood Village by car. In the heart of the Medical Corridor. One block from the transit rail station which takes you to downtown Buffalo and to the Keybank Center arena..
