Wonderful Stay by the Beach

We had a lovely stay at this Westhampton Dunes House. The house was very clean, and had beautiful updated bathrooms It had all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts were always responsive and accommodating. Very short walk to the beach . We were very pleased.

Wonderful vacation!

The property is lovely and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The location across from the beach is ideal and the views of the sunrises and sunsets are stunning. We hope to return next Summer!

Wonderful getaway. The house has everything you need and Michael, the owner, was great to deal with. Beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Amazing trip!

Amazing getaway for birthday celebration!

We were a group of siblings celebrating a milestone birthday in early September. We were blown away by this beautiful house and serene setting. The well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill were conducive to preparing a gourmet meal for our large group. Matthew the host was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely plan another vacation here!

Great place to stay in Westhampton!

Great find in Westhampton. 5 min walk to the beach. Great pool with hot tub that heats up well. Beautiful bathrooms all recently renovated. Matt and Cheryl, who own and manage the property, are incredibly responsive and helpful if you have any questions before or during your stay.

Wonderful week at the beach

Everything was wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, lovely and had everything that we needed including great beach towels and soft cozy linens on the beds. The beach was close by and easy to access and having a pool and hot tub at the house was the cherry on the top. We can't wait to return!!

Stayed at this beautiful house to celebrate my Sister's birthday with a group of friends. The home is beautiful, spacious, and packed with every amenity. We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the hot tub, beach, and amazing view. I highly recommend this home if you desire a relaxing, comfort filled get-away.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a beautiful home in a nice location with more amenities than you would expect. The beach is a short walk from the house and there is a heated pool/spa that is part of the deck/patio. The owner, Matthew, is a pleasure, answering all questions and accomodating his guests. Kids loved it too.

The property was beautiful! It's right across the street from the beach. Our family had a wonderful time - relaxing, going to the beach and hanging out in the pool and spa. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything that you might need. The owner was great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

Another beautiful week!

We all had a wonderful time - again. This home is beautiful and the renovated bathrooms and kitchen are not to be missed!! Checking in is a piece of cake and communication is flawless with the owner whenever needed. Proximity to the beach is perfect - even with little kids. We are all looking forward to returning again. Perfect vacation

Great way to end the summer at this incredible house. Location is ideal - close to bay and ocean. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful deck wrapped around entire house to view magnificent sunsets. Can't say enough about Matthew - he was super responsive before and during our stay, very accommodating to help answer all questions. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful beach house

I rented this home to get together with friends and it was an excellent experience. Matthew was a great host; he answered questions ahead of time and during our stay. The house is spacious, beautiful, and very well stocked--fully stocked kitchen, and tons of towels. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The master bath is especially luxurious. The beach is just a few minute walk away. The grill was awesome, the hot tub was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Beyond Wonderful

Matt and Cheryl’s Westhampton home is luxe and pristine. Could not have asked for more and only wish our stay was longer. From comfortable beds and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to beautiful fireplace and huge dining table, we loved the home. Best of all for us was the pool, spa and large deck for relaxing and the short walk to the beach. Matt was awesome communicator and a thoughtful host, being flexible when our plans had to be tweaked. Can not give a higher recommendation.

Escape

We spent a wonderful 8 days at the house! The best part was the heated pool... it was still chilly the week we were there, so we just sat in the pool the entire time! It was so relaxing! The house has water views from every window, and we were able to keep our bedroom doors open at night to hear the rolling waves from the beach. Definitely came back rejuvenated! Just what we needed!

We don’t get the chance to travel together as a family that often anymore and during this crazy time of covid we were looking for something easy and convenient yet a place that is comfortable and conveniently located. We got this all and more by staying at this house! With only a 5 min walk to a gorgeous and not crowded beach, to a great pool and hot tub, outdoor bbq and a beautiful home this week was wonderful. We were able to get to town easily too— just a 10-15 minute car ride. This place has it all and we all want to come back next year!

Pool didn’t work

Beach is across the street and not beachfront. I rented this house for the pool. When we got there, the pool heater was not working and it was too cold to swim as a result. Kind of ruined the weekend. The landlord tried to call the pool guy but the guy never came. We rented the house for 2 nights and the pool didn’t work the duration of our stay. The hot water for the shower was not working but the landlord was able to send someone to repair it. Landlord was responsive.

Great family vacation in Westhampton

Our family had an excellent stay in this home. Great communication from Matthew. Very clean and fully stocked home (linens, towels, paper products, cooking supplies, etc.). The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the cool evenings and the beach was beautiful (and not too crowded to boot). Far enough from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to visit if you’re not from the area (like us). Amazing experience overall. Thanks Matty!
