Very clean with modern appliances. Great access to the Atlantic. About 10-15 minutes to Sombrero reef. Right next to Vaca Cut to get to the Gulf side during windy days. Pool is shaded during most of the day so stays refreshing in the summer. Friendly neighbors. Great property with tons of room and a great view of the Atlantic from the Master suite balcony.

We had a fabulous stay! There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 teens/tweens) and we had plenty of room. The dock was perfect for the rental boat. We really enjoyed our stay. Messages were responded to quickly. Check in and check out were easy.

This home was a perfect place for our party of 8 to vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach towels and other beach necessities. The beds were comfortable, and the tankless hotwater heatee was a plus with 8 adults. If i could suggest one thing it would be to have either a dresser in the master bedroom or access to the closet. There was not alot of places to put our folded close. We enjoyed the pool as well as seeing manatees every day in the channel. I would recommend this house,we stayed for a week and would stay again.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the living spaces were beautifully and tastefully furnished with more than adequate seating space. My grandchildren loved having the pool and dock area. A dip in the pool after a busy day was always refreshing! The owner was always prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. All in, I would rate our stay at this property A. Happy Vacationers

Keys 2025

This is the third year coming to Marathon for our family vacation. The first in this home. We loved the house and the location. We had plenty of room and amenities. The beds are very comfortable and we all enjoyed our own bathrooms. Bryon was extremely accommodating for any needs we had. The living room and dining areas were really comfortable. We would certainly stay again and encourage any large families to stay here as well. We really did want to leave but we will definitely be back and next time for a bit longer..

Just perfect!

Exactly as described and ideal for myself and 5 friends from the UK to stay for a fishing vacation. The boat dock is great for dropping a line with loads of fish including snappers, a moray eel, tarpon, mullet and many others. We also had a 28ft rental boat which fitted snugly but okWe even had a visit from a nosy Manatee who hang around for a few picturesAll of the bedrooms were comfortable with aircon keeping us cool at night. There is a very well fitted kitchen with everything you could need, and of a high quality. We hope to be back again next year

Excellent space for group stay-cation

We’re FL locals (3 families) that drove down with two boats for a week stay. Easy to get to in Marathon, close enough to KW for a day trip. Dock space for easy boating/fishing. Clean, nice pool for cooling off. Also helped find space to store boat trailers for the week. The house itself was lovely, newly constructed or rehabbed. New appliances, easy to use. Beds were VERY comfortable - gel foam mattresses. Lots of towels including swim towels. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. We had to contact the property manager the first night for questions; Brian was very responsive and even had a back-up contact while he was traveling if we needed it. Highly recommend the space and the property mgmt.

Like other reviewers have noted, this is a newer, very nice home in a good location. The pictures as of early 2026 don't do it justice. It has modern appliances, and we ended up cooking about a third of our meals at the house. It's a quiet neighborhood. We were slightly worried about the airport across the highway, but we only heard a couple private jets the entire week we were there. Even though we were only a couple of blocks from US1, we did not hear much if any road noise - zero from inside the house. We brought a 23 foot boat and had no issues tying up to the seawall, though it was even easier since I brought a 10' long inflatable fender. There's enough room in the canal to turn around without any drama. If you are parking your trailer at the house, note that there is a vertical clearance in the carport area of around 8 feet. I needed to remove my PVC trailer guides, but it was very convenient to have a "free" place to park it.Access to the Atlantic is very fast and straightforward. The outer channel is well-marked, but be advised that it is 2 feet deep at low tide. We saw depths just below that with the wind blowing away from shore, but we still made it in with the motor trimmed up. The house is more or less right between Vaca Cut at Key Colony Beach and the cut under the Marathon side of 7 mile bridge. Head into Sister's Creek at Sombrero Beach if the Atlantic is rough for a quiet short cut to several restaurants in Boot Key Harbor.

Beautiful house, pictures accurate

My husband and I took my adult boys and their S/O for a fishing vacation at this house. We had a death in the family so my brother and my 4 year old son came and joined us on day 2. We rented a boat and was perfect access to the ocean from the house. No issues getting a 28’ boat in and out. Description of the property is accurate. The beds were super comfy. We had plenty of room and then some. Kitchen was great to socialize and cook together. Would suggest bringing some knives but other than that kitchen was fully stocked. Has a grill but no propane so bring a tank if you want to grill. Pool is small but great and we used it everyday! We did pay extra to heat it as I’m a Fl girl who likes my pool at 90 lol.Owner is super responsive to all texts. Even warmed the pool up a little more when I asked! 100 on customer service and responsiveness! It was a wonderful vacation to help heal our souls from an unexpected death in the family the day after we got there. We highly recommend this home for your vacation needs.
