About this property

Newly renovated and painted beachside 2/2 condo. The balcony is huge and has completely unobstructed views of both the ocean and the intercoastal. Not steps from the beach...ON the beach, with steps leading down from the building's pool and courtyard (and beach towels in unit). Private garage parking space, beautiful kitchen (fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc) and bathrooms (fully stocked with towels, soap, etc), spacious bedrooms and living room, and a pull-out couch to accommodate sleeping for extra guests.
Sandpoint building is located across from Cow Licks ice creamery in Daytona Beach Shores, just a couple miles down from Landshark Bar and Grill, between Dunlawton and International Speedway. Quiet area, but just minutes from the historic Daytona Beach boardwalk, events, and nightlife.
We are actually in the process of selling this unit, so absolutely no smoking ($400 fine), and longer stays may have to accommodate occasional real estate showings.
