Spacious, Sunny and Airy. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhouse is located in between the heart of San Diego's Gaslamp District, Little Italy, Seaport Village and Convention Center. The apartment includes a King Size Bed and TV in the Bedroom. Comfortable Couches in the living room to relax as well as TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a good meal. Kitchen Cupboards are stocked with spices and other goodies that can be used for your stay.
The space
The Dining room includes a table for 4. Half bathroom located downstairs in main living area. Upstairs bathroom includes a Tub and Shower, and all amenities. WIFI is included throughout the apartment. All TV are Smart TV, Cable and Apps are included with Netflix, Amazon and HULU. Apartment is Air Conditioned.

Please note: that this is a two bedroom townhouse. The bedroom upstairs is currently being used as storage and will be locked and not accessible during your stay.
Please note: that the apartment is also not suitable for elderly persons with walking difficulties or persons with physical disabilities due to stairs within the townhouse and outside the apartment. No Elevator in the building or Handicap Entrances.
