Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here during a trip to Lake Wales for our nonprofit, Band of Brothers. The home was perfect — clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great location, peaceful neighborhood, and an overall amazing experience. Highly recommend for groups or families!

Great Experience

House was immaculate, great layout, outside dock and boat lift was amazing. Absolute great experience. Only problem we had was the refrigerator was not working, the freezer part worked fine, but the refrigerator would not get cold, but those things happen and are easily repaired. Would absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely come back again. Well worth the money.

Really nice place, inside and out. AC worked great, ceiling fans throughout, beds were comfortable, all smart TVs so we could load our personal streaming services,and adequate kitchen.The outside area was exceptional with nice fans, good lighting, plenty of electrical hookups, a good fish cleaning station, and good seating for eating outdoors. Water levels were exceptionally low but we were able to use the boat lift with a little ingenuity. It would have been difficult to use with only one person as the boat was at least 4 feet lower than the landing.One thing that would be nice would be a small chest freezer as a place to keep extra ice as the nearest store is several miles away. We were fishing, so needed to run to the store daily for ice.The ONLY drawback is the parking. There is plenty of room for a boat trailer and a truck but you cannot leave the trailer hooked to the truck. It wasn't an issue for us because we kept the boat in the lift but it would have been a pain if we needed to hook the trailer up every day. 2-3 cars would be no problem and maybe you could leave your boat at the boat ramp if necessary?Overall I certainly recommend the place.
