The house was wonderful and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, which we did. Everything was super clean. Location is great, surrounded by trees and yet just a short drive into Port Townsend for groceries, entertainment, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Hot tub was a very nice bonus. Great for looking at starry skies while you soak.

Super responsive and welcoming host The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The wood burning fireplace was awesome, the kitchen was well-equipped (we especially appreciated the sharp knives!), and the hot tub was clean and great to use. It was the perfect place to enjoy Christmas together as a family, and we truly loved our stay.

The house location is woodsy and quiet, and convenient to Port Townsend. The accommodations were very nice with everything we needed. We had 6, so added the Bunk House. Everyone was comfortable and we all agreed we would book it if visiting the area again.

The Annual Scrabble Gals Getaway was just delightful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this off the beaten track location, with an easy drive to Port Townsend. Spotlessly clean and well appointed we enjoyed cocktails and coffee on the deck surrounded by tall trees. We reveled in the vintage vinyl collection, played board games and soaked in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and we lacked for nothing.

Highly recommend this property

Sparkling clean, comfortable and close to Port Townsend. Equipped with everything we needed and more. Beautiful wooded area around the property. We were a group of 5 friends and we each had our own bed which was hard to find most other places. I would recommend this rental to others. Unlike some other properties this one has parking close to the house and room for more than one car.

December holiday 2024

A very lovely new home. Our family of 6 adults enjoyed the finely furnished home and kitchen, wood stove, and quiet location. It was a great place to spend time with family members coming from across the country to celebrate and catch up . There is not much to do immediately outside the house, but many activities within easy driving distance.

Excellent stay!

Our host, Garrett, was super quick to respond to a few questions we had. I had not realized we needed to notify him about needing to use the bunkhouse ahead of time (it’s located off the garage, so separate from the house), as I missed the details in the listing. But, Garrett showed up very quickly to drop off the keys. The house was clean and well stocked. We loved the ground coffee that was ready to use. Overall, it provided a wonderful retreat for a friends weekend away!

This was an ideal vacation rental for us. The kitchen had everything we needed.We used the grill and the hot tub. The peaceful setting was relaxing. It was our good fortune to book this place in advance for family wedding. All instructions and rules were clear.
