Beautiful view from this lower unit in an oceanfront duplex! Great location for families and fun in the sun! One car garage parking. Dishwasher. Shared laundry washer/dryer. Popular location right on the sand! No Public Walkway!

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 car shared garage parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, pillows, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Spectacular beach home

Our family visits Newport Beach each summer for vacation and we are so glad we chose this home. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. The home even came with beach towels, extra toilet/paper towels, kitchen towels and dishwasher soap. We will definitely be booking this home again! til

Great location right on the sand

I rented the top and bottom units to accommodate our big group of family and friends. The location was perfect, right on the sand with great patio. It’s fairly spacious and accommodating for large groups, although the sofa counts as a bed so fyi. I was surprised by the countless additional fees added on, not realizing the additional 4% fees are for their management company and not the VBRO fees which are charged separately. So what seemed like a reasonable nightly rate at around $750/ night quickly added up to double that amount so just FYI, paid over $6300 for 3 nights (with early checkout on last day at 10:30am). Also, even with the high fees, the washer and dryer are coined and not included as part of the amenities so bring those quarters with you if you need to run a load. The fridge also doesn’t have filtered water or ice maker so you’ll need that in addition to all the other food needs if you’re a big group. There is a Pavilions near by.

Great location, neighbors not great for families, house dated

The location is stunning! Right on the water, restaurants walkable, dolphins leaping in the air from our patio! Unfortunately the neighbors who seem to live there are not ideal. We have two young daughters and do not consider ourselves prudes, but their language was crazy inappropriate. And so was their music. It was very difficult for us to enjoy our patio time. So if you are young and single nothing to worry about. We could be wrong but based on what we heard it sounds like this house is owned by one of their parents so you will likely find them there again. Also, we knew we were paying for location, which is what we got. But the house is kind of gross. The furniture looks and smells like a thousand people have sat there. The kitchen was not great. And usually VRBO houses provide some EV00 or salt and pepper or something but not this one. It worked out OK though because we didn’t plan on spending a lot of time in the house, and the beach location was lovely.

Great for kids. Perfect location. Did not want to leave.

One week family vacation with two kids ages 2, and 3. Location is near a Market, stores, bars and great beach out front for all your beach activities. Bring or rent a bike. We did not want to leave.
