Owner communication was fantastic. Check in details were provided ahead of arrival. All check in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Accommodations were great. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. The unit had a washer/dryer, full kitchen with cooking essentials, patio and was dog friendly which was perfect for us during this stay.We had a great stay and would gladly return if we are in the area again.

Took 45 minutes to get in. Smart lock did not work for guest code or back up code. Dead bird at window. Property smelled strongly of Marijuana, light in kitchen didnt work. Clean towels hanging damp and more damp in dryer. No internet access. Owner unavailable to help so we called VRBO & decided to leave. When reached owner next day he promised full refund but never recieved.it. VRBO refunded their fees.Still no refund from owner after22 days! (for 7 day stay) We only stayed 15 minutes! No response from owner when I call, text and email. Terrible frustrating experience. Ended up in hotel.

The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect, close to downtown and not too far from 75. The only issue that I had during my stay was a little hiccup with the entry code (was sent the wrong one initially) and the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and I would stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the apartment and its convenient location near downtown and I-75. We apologize for the initial issue with the entry code and any inconvenience it caused, and we also appreciate your note regarding the bed comfort. We’ll take both into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience. We’re happy to hear that overall you had a wonderful stay and would choose to return.

Wedding trip

The house had what we needed when we attended a 3 day wedding ceremony nearby. Pool was busier than expected as it is shared with many other properties but had a good experience overall.

Great experience

Property was clean and just how it looked in the photos. Beds were very soft(borderline too soft). We arrived after dark, the check in instructions were very clear and property was easy to access. The host responded quickly to all of my pre-arrival questions. The location was close to downtown Rochester. We have a daughter at a local college and this was the most comfortable visit we've had. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thank you!

Unfortunately, this was not the 3-night stay we had hoped for. The first night, the bed broke (the wood framing just cracked!). We went to the second bed, but that bed too, had an unstable middle support. I asked for help with the situation and didn't really receive a good reply on what to do with the broken bed, we decided to leave. We reasonably asked for only 2 nights' refund and were willing to pay for 1 night, the cleaning, and the VRBO fee. No response from the owner, not even to say no. I had several calls with VRBO, who said that they didn't receive any response either. I am really disappointed that the owner chose not to respond to my request at all. All I can say, is buyer beware.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. The bed issue was unexpected, and we understand the inconvenience it caused. We did communicate with Vrbo regarding the reservation and worked through the matter in accordance with the platform’s policies. We take maintenance concerns seriously and have addressed the bed frames to help prevent similar issues in the future.
