Private Bedroom #2- Beautiful early century home that has been fully renovated and is within a 5 to 10 min walking distance to the up-and-coming Kendle yards development that has lots of restaurant options and more and only another 5 min to downtown.
This house has 4 bedrooms that rent out separately, all guests share all the common areas, this includes the bathroom, kitchen and Livingroom. Every room has its own min fridge and tv.

Much better than a hotel, very close to downtown. Would choose one of the owner's properties over a hotel almost every time.
