Recently remodeled and fully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom apartment features an open kitchen, dining area and living room with Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room includes comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.
Guest access Please note that there are full time residents living in the main home. There are no shared spaces between guests and other residents other than exterior parking. Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Results were consistent with what others have said! Knowing that the place wasn't clean, had steep stairs, bad wifi single etc, I was very happy with the overall stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks to recovery from surgery, and for the price and location, this place reduced stress during a very stressful time. If I have to go back to the hospital, I'll stay here again!

It was a great stay no complaints,the hosts were very responsive. The only issue we had was that the fridge went out.(No fault of the host)The fridge was replaced the next day.Pleasure doing business with you!

Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable.

Not sanitary, not safe, not as pictured horrible place and these people are scam artists. I couldn’t even stay in this place it was absolutely disgusting and horrible not fit for humans to stay.

The property was clean and sanitized and the next guest who checked in had no complaints. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the experience. very close to the venue we walked to daily. Walked to restaurants too. The property was missing a few things. It could use a table and chairs to sit at. It could also use another chair to lounge, as there is just one couch. Bathroom could use bath matts or small rugs. Not tying to be nitpicky. the place worked out well for us

Place was ok but not very clean. Pictures were taken to show property manager. It’s a Basement place with steep stairs. Communication sometimes took days to get replies back. An item was left at the property and I promptly told them that day. I was told I had to wait 3 weeks to get it back. I had family in the area willing to get it but they kept telling me they would charge me to mail it and get back to me with a price. I was never given a price. They finally just put the item outside in the mailbox, when my family went to get the item it was gone. I understand that I left the item but feel like it was not nice to leave someone’s property outside after I was told it couldn’t be give to me because it was locked in a cupboard for safekeeping. I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which this was handled especially after I stayed in the local area for 5 days after renting the VRBO. Very Unhappy with the hundreds of dollars I am out now.

During your stay, you let us know about a few things like some light cleaning touch-ups, a door knob issue that was already noted before, and a smudged Wi-Fi label. We jumped on those right away, replaced supplies, took care of batteries, and flagged everything for housekeeping to make sure the place was in good shape.
With the item you left behind, our team found it right away. We offered to ship it or have your family pick it up, but since we never got a confirmed pickup time, we placed it in the mailbox to make it easier for you. We kept you updated through the whole process. Sadly, by the time your family came, it was no longer there. Once items are placed outside, we don’t really have control over what happens after that, but we did everything we could to help get it back to you.
We always do our best to stay on top of communication and make sure our guests are taken care of, but we get that this didn’t go how you hoped. We’ll definitely keep working to do better and we appreciate you staying with us.
