Building Amenities:

Rooftop Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy breathtaking views from the rooftop pool and hot tub, open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (weather permitting).



Non-Smoking Property: The rooftop area and entire property are non-smoking. A designated vaping/smoking terrace is located on the 9th floor.



Contactless Check-in/Check-out: We offer a seamless, contactless check-in and check-out process, but our front desk staff is available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.



Parking & Transportation:

Public Parking: We do not offer on-site parking, but two convenient public parking garages are located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (may increase during special events).

Park First Saratoga Garage: Height clearance of 6’4”

ParkMobile Zone 50408: Surface lot located directly behind the building for larger vehicles.

We provide a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor terrace, plus a grassy park across the street for walks.



Flexible Check-In/Check-Out:

Early Check-In: Available for an additional $300 for a 12 PM arrival.

Late Check-Out: Available for an additional $200 for a 12 PM departure (based on availability).

No Luggage Storage: Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay. If you require an early arrival or late departure, we recommend booking additional nights for guaranteed flexibility.



Additional Information:

Light Cleaning: We request guests take out trash and wash any dirty dishes before departure. All linens are professionally laundered between guests.
