This was our first time to New Orleans and everything was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better with the location, setup, cleanliness, and communication. Ready to come back already!

Nola stay
Great stay luv the unit park in garage could be a little bit cleaner and less traffic from the homeless walking through other than that very great. Stay nice hotel.
The Eleanor was a great spot for our group trip to New Orleans. Conveniently located, comfortable bedding, and very usable kitchen and living spaces made it a nice place to come back to after a long day. Looking forward to our return!
We stayed here for three nights before going on a family cruise. The property was as described and very clean. The location is perfect and plenty of attractions and restaurants are in walkable distance.
The room was very nice and clean. The hot tub and pool area was very nice as well, but I will say some of the guests in the other units tend to be loud and disruptive at all hours of the night, but I guess that’s to be expected in New Orleans. The parking garage was a little sketchy with the homeless just walking in and out anytime, but other than the the actual condo itself was very nice and I would definitely recommend anyone else staying.
This was a fantastic place to stay near the French Quarter. It was absolutely pristine and had all of the amenities that you would need. We really appreciated the welcome charcuterie board as well. I highly recommend and would stay here again on my next visit!
Our 3 night stay was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night along with the short walks to fabulous restaurants. Unit was clean and spacious. Parking was pretty pricey but convenient. Only suggestion I'd have is they need to get blinds for the living area. Shane, our contact, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an easy check in, great communication. We did get locked out of property and parking would have been expensive if we were paying nightly. Charcuterie platter at check in was nice. Not enough coffee pods and had to keep asking for more. Loved the location and Shane was helpful.
Very clean property, good location. Relatively easy walk or Uber/Lyft to French Quarter. Plenty of space for 6 adults visiting New Orleans. Solid amenities including King beds, all with private bathroom. Bedrooms could use a little more storage space (dresser/drawers). Host was excellent with communication before/during the trip. Would recommend!
Generally we really liked this VRBO. Walking in to have. Charcuterie tray for us after a long travel day was a perfect touch. It’s very modern, clean, lots of space for 6 of us and great to have 3 king beds and 3 full baths. One of the bedrooms has windows to an alley. The other 2 bedrooms have no windows. Our kids in those rooms slept fine. We found it hard to sleep because the dumpsters in the alley are emptied between 2 and 4 am. It’s very loud. There seemed to be sounds of trucks backing up and police/ fire trucks all throughout the night. If you’re used to city living sounds, this probably won’t bother you. We did not sleep well. But the place is very nice and walking distance to French quarter (10-20 minutes depending on where you’re going). It’s very close to Canal Street. Overall we had a great time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. We could walk everywhere we needed to go.
Two items we’d like to bring to your attention. All three of us are over 65. I had the room with the walk in shower. My cousins were in the rooms with the tub/shower combination. Both of them commented that the tubs were quite slippery.
Our other issue was the connectivity with the televisions. We could cast to the televisions but they didn’t stay connected for more than a few minutes. Had to watch the baseball championship games on our tablets.
Overall the unit itself was very nice. It was clean and generally comfortable. Three bedrooms with comfortable king beds. Kitchen was adequate for our needs, we didn’t attempt to cook a meal at all though. A small charcuterie board in the refrigerator was a nice touch. The most significant drawback was the street side bedroom, which feels like the master as it has the nicest bathroom, is bright and noisy overnight. Street noise is unavoidable in the city but in this case it didn’t seem dampened at all. Additionally the blinds are ill fitted allowing so much light into the room we resorted to sleeping with t-shirts and pillows over our faces. One of the blinds was placed several inches down from the ceiling/ top of the window, so it wasn’t even possible to close it off. Decent rest on vacation is important. The other issue is the garage. It is listed as separate, so understand property management has little authority -but renters should be aware of the set up. It’s underneath the property. It is expensive, but not more than often pay for a big city hotel parking. Drivers beware though that the elevators don’t work in the garage and the stairwell is horrific. There was human feces, soiled clothing, terrible odor. Again big city, but at least other places are attempting to keep clean. We just had to walk the spiral drive path when we needed to go for the car. That might be an issue for some, especially in NOLA temps.
