This one-bedroom / one-bathroom condo is located in the “Infiniti Blu” residence, right on the “Playa Imbert” beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the North Coast, just 2 minutes walk from the entertainment area of Sosua and all its clubs, restaurants, bars, shops etc.

The condo is fully furnished and fully equipped. Standard occupancy is 2 people, but a kid (below 12 years old) can comfortably sleep on the sofa in the living room.

The rental rate includes all house charges (initial/final cleanings, taxes, gardening, security, gas, water, pool maintenance, garbage disposal, internet connection, satellite TV subscription, Residence fees, private parking etc.) except electricity, which is billed by the residence according to consumption.

The residence is guest-friendly (visitors should be registered before midnight). Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
