Apartment is beautifully furnished and clean. Love the restoration of this old home. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. A fun and charming town very close by.
We loved the historical apartment and enjoyed that it was close to the water and downtown area. The owners visited with us when we got there and gave us some recommendations of what to see. They also told us about the history of the house and the town.
This was the cutest, most well decorated VRBO we have ever stayed in. Super clean. GREAT location. As fellow restorers of an old house, I would also like to say that they are doing a great job with their restoration.
We loved our stay here at this cozy location! It is clean and fit our needs for a place to stay. Pet friendly, which is a major bonus when vacationing, and reasonably priced. The town itself is charming with dog friendly outdoor eating options. The host was easy to get ahold of and was very helpful in recommending places to go. He has notable locations listed already, but he answered our questions. We are hoping to revisit!
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in the center of town and is clean and comfortable. Property Manager was friendly and helpful.A good place to stay for exploring the beautiful Montezuma wildlife refuge and Audubon site.
Loved this apartment! It was a little tricky to find everything in the dark. But in the light the next morning we saw the sparkling water outside the kitchen window. It was beautiful. The neighborhood was amazing with lots of things to do and see. Thank you so much!
Adorable decor, comfortable beds, nice bathroom all with period fun references. Neighborhood walking distance to all historic parks and Seneca Falls sites. Owner very helpful and kind. They are doing a lot of work on the property which did not interfere with us at all, but it will be exciting to see what more they do with this really cool property.
This is a cute place right in the heart of Seneca Falls. Walking around town is super easy and it’s also great access to the Finger Lakes. The steps up are a little steep and my husband (who is 6’4”) had to watch his head on the steps. This place is beautiful even under construction - I can’t imagine how gorgeous it will be when it’s done!
This apartment is super cozy and so close to downtown Seneca Falls that we were able to walk all over town! John & Sven were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we come back to town!

VERY cozy but clean. Host very friendly, helpful. Great for a quick overnight. Slept 3 comfortably.
Prior to booking the property, I had no idea that climbibg so many stairs was necessary, to get into the property. It worked out, though. The host offerred to help with getting us, along with our luggage, etc., upstairs. He was quite amenable and enthusiastic about supplying our every need, as far as household items were concerned. He even offered to mail an item to us, after we left it behind, on the property.
Myself and two friends stayed overnight for a board exam. The hosts were very friendly and answered their phones within a timely manner! They greeted us when we got there and made us feel very welcomed. I’d definitely stay again!
The location to the historic section of Seneca Falls was excellent --- within short walking distance. Local restaurants were close by. The home where we stayed was very old and had an interesting history. The renovation of the home was a work-in-progress, but our apartment was finished with everything needed (minus a sitting area). As in any very old home, there are challenges with things such as opening old windows or closing interior doors. But, I would stay there again if I were in the area.
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in a historic home. It is under renovation, but no disturbances during our stay. It is cute, and met our needs. We used the kitchen to prepare a light supper and breakfast.Harry was a delight to talk to
This place is an adventure. John is doing a fantastic job of restoring the charm that at one time characterized this building. But there is still a lot of work going on and you have recognize that this a work in progress. Overall the apartment was spacious and suitably furnished, Communication was good and John promptly addressed any issue that arose. Also be mindful that access to some of the apartments involves climbing one or two staircases.
Beautiful historic home near downtown Seneca Falls and the Women’s Rights Historical Park. 2 comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, & bath. It is an upstairs apartment, so know you’ll need to carry your stuff up a set of stairs. Sven graciously carried ours up as we are ladies of an advanced age. John and Sven are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this property!

Place was overall in good condition. I would think about adding TV's in rooms in the event a rainy day and people need to stay in. Also I would put fans in the bedrooms as the air condition in the kitchen only goes so far. Owners were nice and otherwise no issues.
