While this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located at the back of a beachfront building and doesn’t offer direct ocean views, you’re just steps away from the shore. Cross the street to discover a spacious grassy area overlooking the beach and ocean where you can relax and easily stroll down to the water.

Don't miss the chance to soak in the hot tub as the sky transforms into stunning hues of pink and purple during sunset. Alternatively, head to the grassy park right across the street for a picturesque view – people come to La Jolla from all over the world to experience the sunsets at La Jolla beaches.

La Jolla's biggest draw for locals and visitors alike are the beautiful beaches. During the summer and autumn months, the surf is relatively gentle, with warm waters. A car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Clairemont.
Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online. Please note, the spa is serviced weekly.

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
