This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time as always in the mountains , hiking grotto falls and mear falls , Anakeesta zip lining , repelling , Astra lumina, Hatfield and McCoy dinner show , walking the Gatlinburg parkway and eating out at Crockett's breakfast and the peddler restaurant. of course we had a nice stay at our condo at Park place ( 2 bedroom ) , lots of room , very clean , big balcony overlooking a creek. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Would definitely stay at park place again

Great place to stay!

Our family loved staying at park place condos over the 4th of July. Great walking distance to downtown, perfect amount of space in condo 309 for our family of 4. The pool was a great amenity for the whole family. Waking up every morning to have coffee on the balcony with sounds of the river was amazing! We will definitely be back! We even had an issue with the lockbox at 2:30am and the owner answered the phone and walked us through to get our keys.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing. However, there were general maintenance issues with the condo that the cleaning staff or whoever inspects the condos should have addressed.Both toilet seats were broken, the screen door from the living area is broken, the knob for water temp is broken, the dish washer bottom rack rollers are missing, guest bath towel bar broken. I noted all and gave to the office staff.

The good, the location is great, it is off the main strip by a little which makes getting in and out so much easier. It is also really close to the park entrance so it makes taking the loop around Gatlinburg very easy. It is close enough to walk to a lot of the restaurants etc. The people I dealt with were super helpful and I had no issues with checking in or out. The condo does not look like the pictures it has been updated and is very nice. Now the not great parts, The condo complex is older but seemed on par for most of the lodging choices we saw in the area. The condo itself is nice my issue was with the housekeeping staff. Our unit was not super clean, there was mildew (a lot) in the master shower, the floors were dusty and it had a musty smell throughout the condo. There were clothes in the closet floor and washing machine, a couple of pieces, making it feel like it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The hot tub at the complex was cold every time we went down. Not sure if it was broke or there was trick to get it on but there was no signage and at the times we tried to use it no one at the front desk. To summarize, this is a good rental, I think the cleaning issue is with the cleaning staff not the owner. I did let the office staff know of my concerns and they were very interested. There were light bulbs out and the sliding glass door coverings were falling apart (the blinds) so there was no way to block out the morning sun. Again also a maintenance issue. The issues we had did not ruin our stay at all, and I am sure if I would have addressed the hot tub issue and light bulbs it would have been handled quickly. This was a short trip and we were not around enough to worry with those issues. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is a great choice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo #309 is a wonderful unit. It's very clean, decorated nicely, updated and plenty of room for the entire family. We loved having our own kitchen and laundry. The pool was very nice and quiet felt like having your own private pool and hot tub. The big jacuzzi bath in the master bath was also nice after a long day of hiking in the mountains. We have already made plans to return next year and I have a feeling we will be returning for many years to come. It's a great central location within east walking distance to the Downtown Strip, several restaurants and the trolley stop. We also saw two black bears from our Condo which was a lot of fun! I would highly recommended Park Place Condos. The staff is super nice and helpful and you will not be disappointed. It's our place to stay now!
