Furnished three bedroom second floor remodeled kitchen, king size bed in master bedroom, cozy couch and electric reclining theater seats, dining table, two televisions Lanai, Nespresso cofee machine, one assigned plus just parking, large pool Pool with hot tub and workout room 2 TVs Wi-Fi. There is a Publix about a 10-minute walk and local beaches are about a 10 minute drive if no traffic. Water is included you pay electric. There are some nice local restaurants.
