About this property
Over 180 Acres to Explore!
Welcome to Felicity Ranch! Located in Northwest Arkansas, we offer a secluded, private farmhouse/cabin that is laid back, romantic, pet friendly, kid welcoming, economic, and close-to-everything! Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible with a healthy dose of southern hospitality and down home country charm.
What we offer:
• An original Boston Mountain lodge on 180 acres to explore • 4 professionally decorated, coordinated rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full size beds and 1 sleeper sofa) • AC / Heater • Fireplace • In-house laundry • Flat screen TV • Wrap around porch with swing • Full kitchen • 2 full bathrooms • Game room • All linens / towels provided • Laid back, comfortable furniture. • Lake Felicity • Open country setting surrounded by rolling meadows and the tranquil beauty that is the Boston Mountain Range in the Ozark National Forest! We are a working ranch, complete with cattle and 3 curious Border Collies that keep the place in-line and running smoothly.
From cozy couple's retreats, to large family / church gatherings, to corporate team building activities, there is something for everyone. Sit on our porch swing and gaze out at Whiterock Mountain or immerse yourself in area hiking, hunting, watersports, and bird watching or simply lose yourself to the surrounding forest.
Guests can experience local area golfing, hiking, waterfalls, antique shopping, mountain biking, and developed ATV trails. Love the Arkansas Razorbacks? Our ranch cabin is close enough to the action to be convenient, but far enough away that you feel you are actually on vacation. Bring your ATV and 4-wheel to your heart's content! There are trails everywhere! Speaking of trails... the Pig Trail Scenic Byway is a must-do for those on a motorcycle. Plan on attending the Bikes, Blues, and BBQ rally this year? Need a place to stay for Thunder on the Mountain? We are the pet-friendly, family oriented, vacation rental you are looking for!
Plan a day trip in nearby towns (Fayetteville, Alma, Mountainburg, Mulberry, Altus, etc.), or explore the Ozarks. Or make no plans at all. Relax in front of the TV, or better yet - spend your evening on the porch watching for the deer to come out. Plan a BBQ and roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Take a local area wine tour then watch the stars shine at night.
We are close in proximity to many recreational areas and natural forests where guests can partake in outdoor activities including hiking, horseback riding, swimming, etc. Feel pampered with fresh, high thread count linens! Feel relaxed and rejuvenate in our peaceful, natural, unique retreat.
***NO INTERNET*** Feel free to bring a hot spot if so desired.
PLEASE NOTE: we are a very small home in the middle of the country, surrounded by nature. When it rains, you will see flies. When it is hot out, there will be flying insects, and an occasional sugar ant. We routinely treat the house for insects, but can only do so much to keep nature from taking over. If you fear the sound of a dirt dauber buzzing nearby, we might not be the place for you. If an ant gives you shivers down your spine, by all means, continue with your search. If a thin layer of country dust is not part of your vacation vision, we might not be what you are looking for. BUT...If you are looking forward to a relaxing stay in the mountains surrounded by all the elements - we think you will love it!

I've never written a bad review for anything, but I just can't stay silent. This property should not be a Vrbo. I got sick within 20 minutes of being there. Mold, gas, spiders everywhere, floor and ceiling falling apart, wasps, nasty bathrooms, light switches with black behind the switch ... Fire hazard. The owners were thankfully very understanding when I had to leave after having an allergic reaction and with work this place would be very cute, but as it is I do not recommend it.
Welcoming and lovely setting. Only issue was that it had not been stayed in for what appears quite sometime so it was dusty and cob webs. However a quick cursory dusting, not detailed was enough to make it seem homey and lovely. Everything else was wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet setting and needed family time.
Beautiful property. Parker was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Nice place to go for a short hike and relax!

While the host was nice & welcoming, we would've preferred to be able to unpack & get settled after a long day & night of driving. We were tired & ready to relax & not anxious to entertain or be entertained upon arrival. A simple text would've been more preferred. The cabin wasn't necessarily dirty as it was obviously unused for some time. There were webs everywhere, dead bugs on beds & everything was dusty. The main bathroom could only be used for tub. The shower was broken. The other shower was only suitable for a child as the showerhead was probably 4 1/2 feet high. The property was in a great location for trail riding. The rules were relaxed enough to still allow for a great time.
We loved riding our side by side from this peaceful property. Parker was great helping us with suggestions of where to ride. We enjoyed visiting with him.
This was a nice place to take a vacation. We found conditions acceptable. Being out in the country we did experience the small ants in the kitchen, but we used spray for that problem. The host was terrific with information on things to do in the area.
If you want a place to get away from the city and just want to relax, this is the place for you! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had Wi-Fi when arrived, and they have a number of outdoor games. Watching the cows on the pasture across the road was awesome. they also have a charcoal grill available on site!
