Beautiful condo located in the center of Kona! Walkable to all coffee shops and restaurants around! Also 10 minutes to a beautiful bay to swim. Grocery stores near by with lots of options. Property was clean and the room was exceptionally clean! Would definitely come back and stay! Parking was also convenient, air conditioning worked great, and the host left coolers, yoga mats, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella which made it very easy!

Central location in downtown Kona that’s very convenient. Condo is perfectly situated in the courtyard for privacy and quiet. Nicely updated interior. The lobby is traditional old Hawaiian style, open area, wood plank floors with wooden pegs (don’t see that too often). This place is a solid value.

The unit looks brand new. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed on the Big Island. The location is great since it is in the middle of downtown Kona. We were able enjoy the downtown without the usual hassle of finding a place to park the car.

This condo was clean and updated. Overall a great convenient location. The electrical flat cooking station didn’t work, so we had to microwave our eggs. If you stay out late, don’t expect to find a parking spot, but you are able to park on the street.
