Palm Springs Glam 3 bedroom - 3 bath pool home in the best "walkable-to-downtown" gated community in the City - with amazing mountain views. Remodeled in 2024 with high-end furnishings and amenities. Minimum 30-day rental only. Just bring your clothes and a toothbrush as we provide everything else. Compare to renting 3 hotel rooms in a luxury resort where you share your pool and we think you'll see the value in our beautiful home. Large pool and spa, deck with fire pit, grill, 2 car garage, front and back yards with complete privacy, washer/dryer. Primary bedroom with ensuite has king bed and two guest rooms have queen beds. Enjoy the luxe experience of a private home just for you. Rentals must be for a full month starting on the 1st of the month. Rates are $9,000 per month July, August, September, October. $12,000 per month November, April, May, June. $15,000 per month December, January, February, March. Utilities not included and charged at actual cost.
