Imagine yourself in this 2600+ sq ft., fully furnished, bright and airy modern home with expansive views of the San Jacinto mountains from the front and back yards. Relax in our 7-person spa and soak in the privacy of this retreat... ideal combination of location, comfort, privacy and style.

With 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Dining areas, a covered outdoor lounge, and tons of open space! 3 of 4 Bedrooms are Master Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 2 Master Bedrooms have direct pool access. The 3rd Master Bedroom features it's own entry and a separate office/storage space. Master Bath #1 has dual sinks, a walk-in shower and a separate tub.

A high-end Kitchen offering quartz countertops, stainless LG appliances and new cabinetry.

The main Living Room is full of glass, so you can look straight out to the pool and the mountain view backdrop.

Off-street parking for up to 4 cars. Rates are based on a reservation for a MAXIMUM of 8 persons (An Infant or a Child is counted as a Person).

We had our whole family there for a wedding. It was perfect for our grandchildren and there was even a small office attached to one of the bedrooms that could be used for the baby to sleep in. Each family had our own bathrooms and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was close to shopping and in a great location.

A wonderful mid-century, spacious house that is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen appliances are “high-end”. A wonderful heated pool and hot tub, are enjoyable after a busy day. The house is in a convenient location to downtown Palm Springs and is in a quiet residential area. There were 5 adults and all had a personal space that allowed privacy. Would stay at this house again when we return to the Palm Springs area. Great communication with manager.

This house was lovely and spacious. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus 2 separate living rooms gave us plenty of space. The location is perfect for the restaurants and museums in Palm Springs.

Jessica & I have been married for more than 25 years. We live in Long Beach, California with our two boys, Jordan (17) and Jonah (13), and similar to many Los Angelenos, we have very busy, fast-paced lives.

Palm Springs is a great escape destination for us! When we turn onto Highway 111, there is a feeling of calm that grips us. The weather is inviting, the temperature is moderate, the scenery is soothing and there is good food, arts & culture, world-class outdoor activities to enjoy. Undoubtedly Palm Springs is a great getaway.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because it matches our lifestyle. I come from a very large family with 5 siblings. Jessica is a professional event planner, thus we love to entertain our friends and family...so we needed a home large enough to accommodate all of us.

We are thrilled to now have our own slice of paradise and happy to be able to share it with you. We are sure that you will also love it here and enjoy your time around Palm Springs and in our very comfortable home!
