Beautiful custom-designed, spacious ski home ideal for relaxing, entertaining, cooking. Upper level sanctuary includes two master bedrooms with flat screen TVs, bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. Main level offers large mud room with washer/dryer. Open floor plan includes great room with 25' stone fireplace and wet bar; dining room seats 10; fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar seats 4; half bath. TV/cable/DVD/VCR Bose surround sound stereo system. Lower level includes additional family room great for kids, TV/DVD/VCR/cable. Bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two pack and plays (bring your own sheets). Hot tub on back deck seats 8. Gas grill on front deck with outdoor seating. Wireless internet. Puzzles/games/cards provided. NO SMOKING/NO PETS. Linens provided. Minimum age limit for renters.

House is located on Okemo Mountain: Shuttle bus comes every half hour to end of street in winter to take you to Okemo base lodge three minutes away or Jackson Gore. Better yet have someone drop you off at ticket window, they will be back before their coffee cools.

Okemo rated in top 50 in the Northeast and top 10 in Ski Magazine as the most family-oriented mountain. Mom and Dad can enjoy a day of skiing while their children learn to ski from the skilled instructors at Okemo. All can meet at the end of the day for a hot chocolate or Tomahawk in the Sitting Bull.

Other activities: Cross Country Skiing at Okemo Alpine Center, snowmobiling, fitness center at Jackson Gore, spa treatments at the Castle. Timber Riper mountain coaster at Jackson Gore

Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this house has it all. Come in the Winter and ski during the day. Hot tub under the stars and then enjoy cocktails by a cozy fire. Come back in the Spring and Summer to golf and/or shop at the Manchester Outlets. Travel to Quechee for lunch at the Simon Pearce glass factory. Enjoy a day at Plymouth State Park for swimming or rent a rowboat, kayak or pedal/paddle boat-7.3 miles away. Come in the Fall to enjoy the beautiful foliage. Enjoy the local restaurants all year long. Take a trip to sample some of Vermont's local beers at Long Trail Brewing Company in Bridgewaters Corners or Harpoon Brewing Company in Windsor. Great home for family reunions, golf outings, girls weekends, Summer Theater at Weston Playhouse or just some rest and rejuvenation.

Nice large space for large group. House is accurately described and looked just like the photos. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for family. Okemo is easily accessible. Ski weekend

Location was great. We enjoyed the wood fireplace and the hot tub after skiing! There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the furniture was very comfortable. Our 2 year old also enjoyed her pint size table and chairs. 😊

Great ski home

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautiful ski house minutes away from Okemo. We had great New England skiing. We enjoyed the large but cozy living room with fireplace, large kitchen and hot tub. The downstairs living area provided great privacy for extra guests. Enjoyed playing games and Wii! We had a wonderful time!!

Best House Ever

The house has it all and is in a great location. The layout is really comfortable for a group and the main living area has plenty of room for everyone to congregate. As my son remarked, it has the largest couch he has ever seen. The owners are fantastic to work with and quick to respond. Nothing but positive things to say.

The house was large and very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not able to find the shuttle- it never came. There was a problem with ladybugs which was surprising since it’s winter- a few in bathrooms and in one bed.overall a very positive experience

Wonderful house!

This house feels like a home! It’s well stocked with everything you need (and then some!). The space was perfect for a big group! The hot tub was fantastic. We loved relaxing in it after the end of the ski day. One thing … The shuttle did not seem to be running. And, even if it was, you would have to walk a big hill to get to the top of the street. With that said, quick drive to parking was no problem.

Has it all!

This property does indeed have what you’re looking for if you’re going to Okemo to ski. Other reviewers have said the pictures don’t do the home justice and I agree. It’s larger than the pics might suggest, and the overall vibe the home generates is very lovely, calming, warm and welcoming. A couple things to know that I didn’t necessarily see other reviewers comment on: the Okemo Mountain roads may require AWD during winter and the configuration of the 4 bedrooms on the lower level is sort of like a quad, where there is a family room with great seating and a TV that centers two bedrooms on one side and two bedrooms on the opposite side of that center area. The bedrooms have Jack & Jill bathrooms. I’m adding this detail since sometimes renters are figuring out “who goes where.” I hope this post helps other groups choose Casa Rodriguez, it’s a great home!

Our three families with kids really loved this place. Clearly set up by adoring grandparents to house a big clan, we appreciated the full kitchen and all the areas to hang out. Place was clean and quiet. We happened to be there over a snow storm, and the owners were very responsive about plowing. Great spot!

Owner of the house were so fast to respond if we needed anything and we didn’t need much. The house is so much bigger then the photos show. Family ski vacation

The house was great: spacious, clean and comfortable and perfect for our intergenerational family. Grandma and grandpa enjoyed the reading nook and the children loved having their own tv room downstairs. The hot tub was a big hit with the whole family. We found the kitchen to be large and well equipped. The location of the house was perfect for ferrying skiers back and forth to the clock tower. Awesome Getaway Home!

Our stay was great. The property is VERY much in-line with the advertised pictures. The Owner's were extremely responsive with questions before and during our stay. This home is completely set up and does NOT feel like a "rental". Highly recommend if you have a large party, big family, etc. The Hot tub was excellent. Full kitchen with nearly everything kitchen gadget you would ever need.

Winter Break at Okemo

The house and owners could not have been more welcoming. The layout of the house makes it a five star property. Easily fit 8 adults and 4 kids. The main floor is a massive great room for all your cooking, dining, and hanging out. And the closeness to main, solitude, and Jackson bases is fantastic. And lastly I cannot thank the owners enough for their responsiveness and kindness.

Family get away

We had a great family trip! Everything worked out and was exactly as expected. Thankfully we had someone drive us to the clock tower each day so we didn't need to worry about the shuttle. The house was close enough that it really wasn't an issue
