Find your happy place in our cozy, lovingly updated North Ocean City condo, situated oceanside with a balcony facing the beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee gazing out at the ocean from the kitchen, well-appointed for any home chef, with a custom-compiled spice rack (pizza seasoning and Old Bay included), brand new dishwasher, utensils, cups, plates, and knives, and plenty of pots, pans, and other cooking essentials. For days spent on the beach, you're steps away from the dune crossing. During evenings, have fun with friends and family both inside and out, playing board games and enjoying the 40+ live TV channels or connecting to your favorite streaming services using our free WiFi.

We are new owners who have put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears (don't worry, we cleaned them up) into this place - our family beach retreat. We hope it provides you with a relaxing, comfortable, and fun getaway with no worries aside from getting down to the beach when you want.

Family-friendly location and beach, close to Fenwick and Northside Park - walk to a variety of mini golf spots (including Nick's, Old Pro, and Lost Treasure), restaurants, bars, and shops.
