Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the ocean block of 39th St. Located on the ground floor, easy access for this garden condo. Condo features a kitchen, living area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a twin sleep sofa in the living area. Property comes with one parking spot.
An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property does not have a washer and dryer in the condo, there is a shared building laundry facility.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Great Location But

It was small but good for two of us. Good location. The property needs updating. Needs a lot of cosmetic work. Outside furniture was rusty and dirty.

Needs Some Fixing Up

The location of this property is awesome! However the inside needs some fixing up. First I had to rearrange the very rusty, old porch furniture in order to make the entrance more appealing. The throw rug in the main area was dirty and worn out. We had a crawling infant with us and thank God we brought her play mat! The walls had empty nails everywhere. The windows had to be held up by wooden sticks if you wanted fresh air. The closets had the screws facing outward, so the pointy ends were facing out. This place has such potential if it was shown a little love and care! Not family friendly at all in its current condition. Better for college age kids that will never be home or not notice the ascetics!

Great location!

It was steps from the beach. We could take quick walks on the beach without having to pack a whole bag. Designated parking spot BEHIND the house with plenty of space and then there is free street parking in front of the property.

This property was a mess. The ceiling broke in the bathroom, there were exposed nails everywhere, trim with nails not hung in bedroom, a shelf fell, clothing left from previous occupants and sand all over the floor.
