There is a large kitchen and deck that are perfect for large parties. Unobstructed views of the beach and ocean are everywhere in the large dining/common area. Great experience

This is a great house which very comfortably fit 16 of us for a bachelor party weekend. Great to be on the beach, a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, and a short cab/party bus ride to Atlantic City. The kitchen is fully stocked and the charcoal grill was awesome to have. John was a responsive host and I’d love to stay here again.

Wonderful house perfect for our needs

We had a poker event/ reunion that we have been doing for 20 years now and John’s house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, gorgeous views, east experience from check in through check out. Would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation House

This is the perfect house for a large family or group of friends! It's big enough for some quiet spaces but the shared living areas are just right for together time! The beach is right there - shops are within walking distance. John is a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating! Definitely 5 stars!!

Great Host, Great Location!

My party and I (10) were very happy with our stay at John's home. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed to accommodate a large group of people. We had a minor miscommunication on the early check in time - but nothing that put a damper on the weekend. Overall, I would certainly recommend John and this location.

Huge Family Delightful Summer Vacation at the Shore

Our large 18 member family had a wonderful time at this lovely, comfortable, and accommodating beach house. Being only steps from the beach was a hit with everyone. Location was great, too, and older kids walked to get ice cream, subs, tacos, bakery items, and even sweatshirts for when it got colder. Everyone was happy! 😊

Better than advertised!

Our time at this property was incredible. The drive into the beautiful neighborhood was scenic and felt incredibly safe. Communication with the owner and check in was quick and very easy. The pictures of the house do not do it justice as it is well maintained and went above our expectations. The views were spectacular with ocean views off the balconies and a great view of the large casino buildings. The drive to the casinos was also quick and easy with less than a 10 minute commute. If I had to pick one negative it would be the cleanliness of the beach but its really not too bad. Normal beach clutter of wrappers and bottle caps but nothing to ruin the trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the convenience of being close to everything, having the views of the ocean and steps from the beach all in one spot!

Check in with smooth and easy. The house is beautiful. We loved the decks. We had plenty of room for my family of 16 to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone had a good time kitchen fantastic lots of equipment housekeeping did a lovely job. The house was fresh and clean when we got there. Great location close to the beach and within easy walking distance of some good ice cream

This home was beautiful. Very clean and great views!! Great location. We really enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels. They were a bit flimsy. Everything else was great!!host was very attentive.

Great house, great host, great property manager!

John was a pleasant host to chat with. The property manager, Dwayne, was very responsive and kind. The house itself is as listed—great location and a ton of space in the house itself. Will be coming back if we do another trip down to this area!

Lots of room!

We live in Florida and usually come up for a holiday visit in December, with family. This year we waited until after Jan. 1st and rented this house so our nj families and us could spend a weekend together. The house was a perfect size and the kitchen was well stocked. The stores are conveniently located nearby and the beach is right down the path at the end of the driveway. The best part was the common area on the second floor! So much comfortable seating and also table seating that everyone had a place to sit and the kids had plenty of room for coloring and fun projects. The kitchen is located at the end of the common room and gave us the opportunity to prepare meals safely and unencumbered by kids running around. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and I think we’ll try to return next year!

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The windows in the family room and kitchen overlook the ocean. The multiple decks were perfect for gathering with family and observing the beautiful scenery. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of it being a beach front property at Jersey's best kept secret of a beach town. The groomed beach and hometown feel were just what we were looking for. With it being so close to Atlantic City, it is nice to have the party close by, but not so close that it feels like it is at your door step. The residents and neighbors are so friendly and welcoming that you can't help but fall in love with Brigantine.
